Tarja Kantola, Ph.D. (Educ.) works as a principal lecturer and an acting project manager (since 20 June 2016) of MORFEUS at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Porvoo Campus and as a researcher of MORFEUS. Tarja’s research interests include organizational and regional learning and multi-voiced co-configuration, work research and development and work-related well-being in transformation. Earlier she has worked as a researcher at Helsinki University, the Research Center for Activity Theory and Developmental Work Research and she is an affiliated researcher of CRADLE. Tarja has also coordinated the international Encounters Conferences in 2008, 2011 and 2015 in Porvoo.
