Marika Noso, M. Sc. (Econ), works as a researcher of MORFEUS project in SimLab, Aalto University. Her research interests are in management, and currently she is finalizing her Ph.D thesis focusing on the complex phenomenon of strategy implementation. Earlier she has worked as a researcher and a programme manager in several research projects at Aalto University.
